Moreover, and as stipulated, the accused is hereby ordered to pay to private complainant Adelaida Perlaoan the amount of P5,000.00 as civil liability in Crim. Case No. T-2515, and to the heirs of the late Manuel Perlaoan, the amount of P200,000.00 as civil liability in Crim. Case No. T-2516. Costs are likewise for his account. SO ORDERED.
