WHEREFORE, this court hereby rules as follows: In Criminal Case No. 00-2601(M), this court (a) finds accused [XXX] guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of qualified rape through sexual intercourse; (b) sentences him to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua without eligibility for parole; and (c) orders him to pay private offended party AAA seventy-five thousand pesos (PhP75,000.00) civil indemnity, seventy-five thousand pesos (PhP75,000.

WHEREFORE, this court hereby rules as follows: In Criminal Case No. 00-2601(M), this court (a) finds accused [XXX] guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of qualified rape through sexual intercourse; (b) sentences him to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua without eligibility for parole; and (c) orders him to pay private offended party AAA seventy-five thousand pesos (PhP75,000.00) civil indemnity, seventy-five thousand pesos (PhP75,000.00) moral damages, and thirty thousand pesos (PhP30,000.00) exemplary damages. In Criminal Case No. 00-2602(M), this court (a) finds accused [XXX] guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of qualified rape through sexual intercourse; (b) sentences him to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua without eligibility for parole; and (c) orders him to pay private offended party AAA seventy-five thousand pesos (PhP75,000.00) civil indemnity, seventy-five thousand pesos (PhP75,000.00) moral damages, and thirty thousand pesos (PhP30,000.00) exemplary damages. In Criminal Case No. 00-2603(M), this court (a) finds accused [XXX] guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of simple rape through sexual intercourse; (b) sentences him to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua ; and (c) orders him to pay private offended party AAA fifty thousand pesos (PhP50,000.00) civil indemnity, fifty thousand pesos (PhP50,000.00) moral damages, and twenty-five thousand pesos (PhP25,000.00) exemplary damages. SO ORDERED.
