WHEREFORE, a decision is hereby rendered finding the respondent Philippine National Construction Corporation to have violated the nondiminution clause under Article 100 of the Labor Code of the Philippines and hereby ordered to give all complainants their annual mid-year bonus for the year 2013, and every year thereafter, in the amount equivalent to one (1) month of their respective salaries.
