WHEREFORE, the court finds the accused EUL VINCENT ONDOY RODRIGUEZ GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Violation of Sec. 4(a) in relation to Sec. 6, of [Republic Act No.] 9208, as amended by [Republic Act No.] 10364, and sentence him to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment without eligibility for parole, and to pay a fine of [PHP] 2,000,000.00. He is further ordered to pay the offended party AAA moral damages of [PHP] 500,000.00 and exemplary damages of [PHP] 100,000.00 with interest or six percent (6%) per annum on all monetary awards for damages, from the date of the finality of this decision until fully paid.
