WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiff and against defendant Matilde M. Rodriguez, ordering the latter, as follows: To pay plaintiff the sum of P 29,913.53, with interest thereon at the rate of 2% per month and month penalty of 1%, both commencing January 11, 1992 until fully paid. To pay the sum equivalent to 18% of the amount due for and as attorney's fees; To pay the cost of suit.
