TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused, Esteban Victor y Penis, GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape defined in and penalized by Article 335 of the Revised Penal Code and hereby sentences the said accused to suffer the penalty of DEATH. The accused is ordered to indemnify Raquel Villanueva (in) the amount of P50,000.00 as moral damages. The accused is further ordered to pay the costs.
