TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE , the instant Petition is GRANTED . The Resolutions promulgated on December 27, 2013 and February 10, 2014 of the NLRC, 4 th Division, Quezon City in NLRC LAC No. 06-001854-13 are hereby REVERSED and SET ASIDE . The Decision of the said Commission promulgated on August 30, 2013 declaring the dismissal of petitioner as illegal is hereby REINSTATED .
