WHEREFORE, premises considered, complainant is hereby declared to have been illegally dismissed, and respondent bank is hereby ordered to immediately reinstate complainant to his former position without loss of seniority rights and to pay complainant backwages, which as of date amounts to P641,875.00, as computed above plus attorney's fees equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total award. All other claims are dismissed for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
