Ruling

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing evidence and in the lights (sic) of the provisions of law and jurisprudence on the matter, judgment is hereby rendered in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants as follows: Ordering defendants Ma. Julieta Bendecio and Merlyn Mascariñas jointly and solidarily to pay plaintiff the amount of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,100,000.00) corresponding to the loan obtained plus interest of 12% per annum computed from the date of demand until fully paid; Ordering defendants Ma. Julieta Bendecio and Merlyn Mascariñas jointly and solidarily to pay plaintiff the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00) as moral damages; Ordering defendants Ma. Julieta Bendecio and Merlyn Mascariñas jointly and solidarily to pay plaintiff the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00) as and for attorney's fees; To pay the costs of suit. SO ORDERED.
