WHEREFORE , premises considered, the Appeal is hereby GRANTED . The Decision dated October 28, 2011 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CR-HC No. 04260 is hereby SET ASIDE . Accused-appellant Analyn Advincula y Piedad is hereby ACQUITTED and ORDERED to be immediately RELEASED from detention unless she is confined for any other lawful cause. Let a copy of this Decision be furnished the Director of the Bureau of Corrections for immediate implementation, and is DIRECTED to report to the Court, within five (5) days from receipt of this Decision, the action taken. SO ORDERED.
