WHEREFORE , respondent Atty. Gregory F. Buhangin is hereby held GUILTY of representing conflicting interests in violation of Rule 15.03, Canon 15 of the Code of Professional Responsibility. Accordingly, he is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of six (6) months, with a WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar acts in the future will be dealt with more severely. Let copies of this Decision be furnished the Office of the Bar Confidant, to be appended to Atty. Buhangin's personal record. Further, let copies of this Decision be furnished the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the Office of the Court Administrator, which is directed to circulate them to all the courts in the country for their information and guidance. SO ORDERED.
