WHEREFORE , the assailed decision of the Regional Trial Court of La Trinidad, Benguet, Branch 63, in Criminal Case No. 94-CR-2097 is REVERSED and SET ASIDE. Appellant Felito Ubongen y Felwa is ACQUITTED and ORDERED RELEASED from confinement immediately, unless he is being lawfully held on other grounds. The Director of the National Bureau of Prisons is hereby directed to inform the Court within five days of his release.
