Willie Mendoza, Menard Ferrer, Dexter Ocumen and Roderick De Guzman are hereby ordered to jointly and severally pay the heirs of Leodines Bulatao the following amounts: (a) Php. 75,000.00, as civil indemnity; (b) Php. 300,000.00 as moral damages; (c) Php. 100,000.00 as exemplary damages; (d) Php. 50,000,00 as actual damages; and (e) Php. 631,546.66 as indemnity for loss of earning capacity. SO ORDERED.
