TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE, this Court finds the herein accused, Lee Rodrigo, GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of Robbery with Homicide under Article 294, par. 1 of the Revised Penal Code and hereby sentences him to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua and to pay the heirs of the late Paquito Buna the following sums of money, to wit: [P50,000.00] as civil indemnity; P50,000.00 as moral damages; and P60,000.

WHEREFORE, this Court finds the herein accused, Lee Rodrigo, GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of Robbery with Homicide under Article 294, par. 1 of the Revised Penal Code and hereby sentences him to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua and to pay the heirs of the late Paquito Buna the following sums of money, to wit: [P50,000.00] as civil indemnity; P50,000.00 as moral damages; and P60,000.00 as actual damages. x x x SO ORDERED.
