WHEREFORE , the decision appealed from is hereby AFFIRMED in toto. However, the award of moral damages is reduced to P50,000.00. Let a copy of this decision be furnished to the Honorable, the Secretary of Justice, Department of Justice, Manila, for inquiry into the involvement of other persons in the crime.
