WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of plaintiff and ordering defendant to pay plaintiff: a) the sum of P43,930,230.00 as indemnity with interest thereon at 6% per annum from November 2003 until fully paid; b) the sum of P100,000.00 for exemplary damages; c) the sum of P100,000.00 for attorney’s fees; and d) the costs of suit.
