Ruling

WHEREFORE, in view of all the foregoing considerations, this court hereby finds the accused Elmercito Manalo y Dulay, and Rolando Hebreo y de la Cruz, GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Murder as charged in the Information, with the aggravating circumstances of evident premeditation and dwelling, accordingly hereby sentences them to suffer the supreme penalty of death; to pay the heirs of the deceased, jointly and severally, P75,000.00 as indemnity; P100,000.00 as moral damages; P44,280.00 as actual expenses; and P50,000.00 as exemplary damages. SO ORDERED.
