WHEREFORE, in light of the foregoing premises, the court finds accused NELSON FLORES y FONBUENA guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Violation of Sec. 5 of R.A. 9165 and he is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and to pay a fine of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.
