WHEREFORE, finding the accused guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of statutory rape, he is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of DEATH together with all the accessory penalties, and to indemnify LORI PAGDAYAWON, the offended party, in the amount of P50,000.00. His immediate confinement at the National Penitentiary is hereby ordered. Costs de oficio.
