The October 25, 1994 decision of the labor arbiter finding respondent guilty of illegal dismissal is REINSTATED , with the MODIFICATION that, in lieu of reinstatement, petitioner is awarded separation pay, the award of backwages to be computed from the time of her illegal dismissal up to her compulsory retirement age. SO ORDERED.
