WHEREFORE, premised on the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiffs ordering the defendants to pay plaintiffs jointly and severally: The sum of P55,000.00 as actual and compensatory damages; The sum of P20,000.00 for the repair of the motorcycle; The sum of P100,000.00 for the loss of earning capacity; The sum of P500,000.
