TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE, premises all considered, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused Cayetano “Tano” Capangpangan guilty of the offense charged, beyond reasonable doubt. Accordingly, he is hereby sentenced to suffer an Indeterminate penalty of four (4) years, two (2) months and one (1) day to eight (8) years. Consequently, the bail bond posted by the accused is cancelled and the accused is ordered incarcerated immediately. Finally, the firearms are ordered confiscated in favor of the government.
