WHEREFORE , and in view of the foregoing, respondent Judge Ignacio C. Barcillano, Jr., Presiding Judge of Branch 13 of the RTC, Ligao City, Albay is found GUILTY of CONDUCT UNBECOMING OF A JUDGE . He is hereby FINED the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.
