ACCORDINGLY, the Motion to Nullify the Deed and/or Certificate of Redemption and the Quitclaim and Release is granted and the said documents are hereby nullified. And as prayed for, the title issued under the name of Taguig [L]and Development Corporation under TCT [N]o. 12619, is ordered cancelled and a new Transfer Certificate of Title be issued by the Registry of Deeds in favor of complainants. SO ORDERED.
