Accordingly, he is sentenced to suffer the penalty of imprisonment for an indeterminate period of two (2) months and one (1) day of arresto mayor , as minimum, to two (2) years and four (4) months and one (1) day of prision correccional , as maximum. In addition, accused is also ordered (a) to pay a fine in the amount of [PHP] 100,000.00, and (b) undergo mandatory psychological counseling or psychiatric treatment and shall report compliance to the court. The accused is also ordered to pay the private complainant and their child [BBB] monthly support of Fifteen Thousand Pesos ([PHP] 15,000.00) and the unpaid accumulated Fifteen Thousand Pesos ([PHP] 15,000.00) monthly support to be reckoned from March 2013 up to the present. SO ORDERED.
