WHEREFORE, finding accused JOEMARIE MENDOZA y BUCAD @ "Joe" guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of violation of Republic Act No. 9165, judgment is hereby rendered, as follows: 1] For Criminal Case No. R-MKT-16-765-CR, for violation of Section 11 of RA 9165, accused is hereby sentenced to suffer imprisonment for an indeterminate term of twelve (12) years and one (1) day as minimum, to twenty (20) years as maximum and to pay a fine of three hundred thousand pesos (Php300,000.
