WHEREFORE, the petition is DENIED. The Decision of the Court of Appeals dated 22 January 1996 as amended by its Resolution dated 19 March 1997 ordering petitioner Remedios Nota Sapiera to pay private respondent Ramon Sua the remaining amount of P210,150.00 as civil liability, is AFFIRMED . Costs against petitioners.
