WHEREFORE , finding all accused guilty beyond reasonable doubt as charged, this Court hereby sentences them each to suffer three (3) death penalties . They are further ordered jointly and severally to indemnify in the amount of P100,000.00 ... the heirs of the victim; P100,000.00 for moral damages and to pay the costs of the proceedings. SO ORDERED.
