WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the Court finds accused Lulu Battung y Narmar guilty beyond reasonable doubt of violating Section 5 of RA No. 9165 and hereby sentences her to life imprisonment and to pay a fine of five hundred thousand pesos (P500,000.00). The Branch Clerk of Court is hereby directed to turn over the shabu subject matter of this case to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) for proper disposition.
