WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the defendants and against the plaintiffs ordering the dismissal of the case with costs against plaintiffs and declaring defendants, heirs of Pomposa Saludares, as the rightful owners of the land. The claim of defendants in the matter of attorney’s fees and litigation expenses not having been proven by concrete evidence, the Court opts not to award the same. SO ORDERED.
