WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing consideration and finding the accused Alfredo Olicia guilty beyond any reasonable doubt of the crime of rape against his 13-year-old daughter, Carmi P. Olicia, the Court hereby: (a) sentences said accused Alfredo Olicia to suffer the penalty of DEATH; (b) to indemnify the offended party the amount of P-50,000.00; and (c) to support the child Kenneth Olicia; and to pay the costs.
