WHEREFORE , Ruby B. Hechanova, Court Stenographer III of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 69 of Silay City, Negros Occidental is found GUILTY of GROSS NEGLECT OF DUTY and is hereby DISMISSED from the service, with forfeiture of all benefits and privileges except accrued leave credits, if any, with prejudice to re-employment in any branch or agency of the government, including government-owned and controlled corporations. SO ORDERED.
