TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Court finds accused GREGORIO TOLIBAS and RODEL QUIJON GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Murder qualified by abuse of superior strength, and hereby sentences both accused to suffer the imprisonment of Reclusion Perpetua and orders them to indemnify the offended party, Lourdes Noel, the amount of P30,000.00 plus costs. SO ORDERED.
