WHEREFORE , in view of the foregoing, the decision of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 44, of Dagupan City finding accused-appellant Blas Rosario guilty of murder and sentencing him to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua and to indemnify the heirs of Angelo de Guzman P50,000.00 as civil indemnity, P2,500.00 as actual damages and to pay the cost, is AFFIRMED . SO ORDERED.
