The heirs of the spouses Luciano and Lourdes Pacaña, except herein petitioners and Lagrimas Pacaña-Gonzalez, are ORDERED IMPLEADED as parties-plaintiffs and the RTC is directed to proceed with the trial of the case with DISPATCH . SO ORDERED.
