WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Orders of January 3, 1992 and April 14, 1992 are hereby SET ASIDE. The auction sale conducted by appellee-respondent Club on December 10, 1986 is declared NULL and VOID. Finally, appellee-respondent Club is ordered to issue another membership certificate in the name of appellant-petitioner bank. SO ORDERED.
