TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Court finds a preponderance of evidence in favor of plaintiff Soledad Cañezo and against defendant Concepcion Rojas by declaring plaintiff the true and lawful owner of the land more particularly described under paragraph 5 of the complaint and hereby orders defendant Concepcion Rojas: a) To vacate and surrender possession of the land to plaintiff; b) To pay plaintiff the sum of P34,000.00 actual damages, P10,000.
