WHEREFORE, the judgment of the lower court finding accused-appellant Danilo Osing guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape and sentencing him to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua is hereby AFFIRMED, with the MODIFICATION that accused-appellant is ordered to indemnify the offended party, AAA, in the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) as civil indemnity, and to pay the additional amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) as moral damages. SO ORDERED.
