WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered: (1) Declaring and recognizing plaintiff Vicente Adriano as tenant/lessee of subject landholding; (2) Ordering the MARO of Norzagaray to cause the preparation of an Agricultural Leasehold Contract between the plaintiff and the defendants; (3) Plaintiff must be maintained in peaceful possession and cultivation of the landholding. SO ORDERED.
