TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered ordering the respondent entity to reinstate the complainant to her former position without loss of seniority rights and other privileges and benefits which is immediately executory within ten (10) calendar days from receipt hereof, and to submit a report of compliance thereof pursuant to Paragraph 2, Section 14, Rule V of the 2005 Revised Rules of Procedure of the NLRC. Respondent entity is hereby likewise ordered to pay complainant the amount of P220,298.

Respondent entity is hereby likewise ordered to pay complainant the amount of P220,298.58, representing her backwages as of the date of this decision. Other claims are hereby denied for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
