WHEREFORE, this Court finds accused ALEXANDER DINGLASAN guilty beyond reasonable doubt of Estafa defined and penalized under Article 315, (2) (d) of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, and applying the Indeterminate Sentence Law, hereby sentences him to an indeterminate penalty of Twenty (20) Years and One (1) Day of reclusion perpetua as minimum, to Twenty Eight (28) Years also of reclusion perpetua as maximum. Accused is likewise ordered to pay Charles Q.
