WHEREFORE , the Court finds Estrella B. Soriano, Court Stenographer I, 1 st Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Bagabag-Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya GUILTY of Conduct Prejudicial to the Best Interest of the Service. Accordingly, she is SUSPENDED for a period of six (6) months and one (1) day without pay, with WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar act would warrant a more severe penalty. SO ORDERED.
