WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants ordering the latter to: a) vacate the subject premises; b) pay P1,500.00 as reasonable compensation for the use of the said premises commencing the date of this decision until defendants vacate the same; c) pay P10,000.00 as and by way of attorney’s fees; and d) cost of suit. SO ORDERED.
