WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered DISMISSING the complaint for Illegal Dismissal for lack of merit. Complainant is, however, entitled to and ( sic ) Respondents are hereby ordered to pay complainant, the sum of PESOS: SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN AND 31/100 (PHP69,697.31). SO ORDERED.
