WHEREFORE, finding the accused GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Rape, he is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of RECLUSION PERPETUA and ordering him to pay the victim P50,000.00 as civil indemnity and another P50,000.00 as moral damages. SO ORDERED.
