WHEREFORE, IN VIEW OF ALL THE FOREGOING, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiff and against defendants SETCOM Inc., Francisco P. Bernardo, Damaso Mauricio, Arlene H. Realce, Ma. Teresa G. Bernardo, Dominador B. Rodriguez and Eduardo C. Govieneche, to wit: (1) Ordering all defendants jointly and severally, to return to plaintiff the amount of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand (P1,700,000.00) Pesos with interest at 12% per annum from April 6, 2006 until fully paid; (2) Ordering all defendants jointly and severally, to pay plaintiff the amount of P100,000.00 as and by way of moral damages; (3) Ordering all defendants, jointly and severally, to pay plaintiff the amount of P100,000.00 as and by way of attorney's fees. (4) To pay the costs of the suit. SO ORDERED.
