WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered ordering defendants Spouses Nenita Generosa-Cubing and Egmedio Cubing (jointly) and Lita Generosa-Ylade (solidarily) to pay TJ Lending Investors, Inc. the following sums, to wit: 1) [PHP] 940,190.94 with legal interest of twelve percent (12%) per annum from the filing of the complaint on February 7, 2011 up to its full satisfaction; 2) [PHP] 20,000.00 as attorney's fees; and 3) [PHP] 35,284.
