LUCIO, Clerk of Court II, Municipal Trial Court, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, is DISMISSED from the service with forfeiture of all retirement benefits and accrued leave credits, if any and with prejudice to his reinstatement or reemployment in any branch or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations. SO ORDERED.
