TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE , the Decision appealed from finding accused-appellants Eduardo Capillo, Alfredo Capillo Jr. and Alfredo Capillo Sr. guilty of rape and sentencing each of them to reclusion perpetua and ordering them jointly and severally to pay the heirs of Jonalyn Garnizo P50,000.00 as indemnity is AFFIRMED, with the MODIFICATION that, in addition, accused-appellants are directed jointly and severally to pay the same heirs of Jonalyn Garnizo another P50,000.

WHEREFORE , the Decision appealed from finding accused-appellants Eduardo Capillo, Alfredo Capillo Jr. and Alfredo Capillo Sr. guilty of rape and sentencing each of them to reclusion perpetua and ordering them jointly and severally to pay the heirs of Jonalyn Garnizo P50,000.00 as indemnity is AFFIRMED, with the MODIFICATION that, in addition, accused-appellants are directed jointly and severally to pay the same heirs of Jonalyn Garnizo another P50,000.00 for moral damages, and to pay the costs. SO ORDERED.
