Angeles, Clerk of Court II, MTC, Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija, is declared LIABLE for dishonesty and grave misconduct, and is DISMISSED from the service with forfeiture of all benefits except accrued leave credits, if any, and with prejudice to her re-employment in any branch or service of the government, including government-owned and controlled corporations.
